Massage therapy may also help.There are also people out there called Pain Management Specialists. They are MDs with a specialty in pain management. You may want to locate one and talk with them. They have great techniques that could help.A Neurologist or a spinal cord injury expert could be able to help relocate the disc surgically.There are lots of options. Pain sucks (I know).
