Very interesting slant on jobs in the city which accurately identifies the problem but unfortunately advocates a government solution. The government does not create jobs only business does and as long as Milwaukee politicians (Democrats) continue to champion government solutions instead of creating a hospitable environment for business, investment and expansion, Milwaukee black unemployment will not improve.
