First off you make several excellent points. Firstly though the biggest one. As taxpayers STILL paying the 1 cent tax for this stadium wasn’t this promised to us that the Brewers would be a good team if we made a good place to play. Aren’t we then owed something more than playoffs? Isn’t it time we stop paying this tax and they start paying us?
Secondly, I am not a baseball fan. I like Craig because I know him, but baseball…I am already sleepy talking about it. So I wish them but I won’t be catching any games.
Thirdly, for all this communtiy has done for the Brewers. Essentially keeping them in Milwaukee and competitive, shouldn’t they be helping the less fortunate of this commmunity? I see the Bucks and the Wave and other organizations giving back. Rarely do I even see them in this town unless playing baseball. Shouldn’t we demand they be helping keep some of that $$$ in Milwaukee and not in Arizona or wherever they go.
ps….Prince Fielder is not a vegetarian. Anyone falling for that ish is sadly mistaken. He is too “husky” to be off meat!
Just my two cents,
WW
