1988: Public Enemy Woke Us Up
Can you believe it has been twenty-two years since the GREATEST HIP-HOP album ever was released? In 1988, the Revolutionary Public Enemy stormed the Black Music scene when they gave us It Takes A Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back. This album still gets much play due to the incredible lyrics, beats and truth being preached by Chuck D. This album is a must have if you want to be inspired and uplifted… I feel sorry for the generation that missed this joint.
Here are a few of the 16 Tracks on this brilliant album… Respect to PE!
